Our Review of the Cuvée

Upon opening, the bouquet expresses a rich aromatic palette, featuring ripe fruits, delicate floral touches, and a subtle hint of spices and smoke. On the palate, this wine surprises with its generosity, balanced by a freshness that harmonizes the powerful Southern flavors. The texture is silky, prolonged by an elegant and persistent finish. The tannins are fine and perfectly integrate into this gustatory landscape. This wine is a true invitation to accompany sauced meats or spicy dishes, enhancing the experience with every sip.
