Our Review of the Cuvée

On the nose, this wine immediately reveals captivating notes of red fruit and sweet spices, typical of its blend of Syrah and Grenache Noir. On the palate, it captivates with its silky texture and fruity character, enhanced by delicate floral notes. Freshness is a hallmark thanks to the characteristics of its terroir, with well-drained soils that allow the vines to draw water from deep underground. Enjoy it slightly chilled to accentuate its silky tannins, whether as an aperitif with friends or paired with summer grilled dishes. This wine embodies both respect for nature and innovation, driven by the passion of a family committed to sustainable and humanistic winemaking practices.

Convinced by a respectful approach to living organisms, he chose from the outset to cultivate the vineyard according to biodynamic principles, which were still uncommon at the time. The vineyard work is precise, attentive to natural rhythms, and guided by the lunar calendar.
