The "Jeunes Vignes" vintage of Clairette de Bellegarde, crafted by Jérome Chardon, stands out for its finesse and complexity. Made from grapes grown using rigorous biodynamic methods, it benefits from a unique terroir where siliceous pebbles promote optimal ripening. During vinification, the grapes are gently pressed to obtain a juice of great purity. This Clairette, still young, shows great promise for aging in the bottle.

The Terre des Chardons estate was born from the Chardon family's deep attachment to a unique land, located in the commune of Bellegarde, shaped by the sun, wind, and stone. Established since 1983, the family initially developed market gardening and arboriculture activities there.

In 1999, Jérôme Chardon joined his parents and initiated a new direction by planting 9 hectares of vines. Convinced by a respectful approach to living organisms, he chose from the outset to cultivate the vineyard according to biodynamic principles, which were still uncommon at the time. The vineyard work is precise, attentive to natural rhythms, and guided by the lunar calendar.
