Our Review of the Cuvée

With its translucent purple hue, this wine captivates the nose with notes of blackberry coulis with a hint of yogurt, accented by a touch of mint and balsamic notes. On the palate, it displays an elegant tension with a soft, airy texture, accompanied by fresh, intense fruit. The finish is marked by a lively acidity that builds in intensity, and increasingly intense fruit that retains its velvety smoothness. A tasting experience where finesse and elegance harmonize perfectly, inviting you with every sip.

In Gaillac, the Brin estate is managed by Damien Bonnet, with particular attention paid to the region's historic grape varieties. Braucol, Duras, and Loin-de-l'œil are cultivated parcel by parcel to highlight the soil differences and the specific nuances of each origin.

Vineyard management is based on organic practices, promoting a clear expression of the fruit and natural balance. In the cellar, vinifications are conducted with precision and restraint, aiming to preserve the tension and suppleness of the wine's structure rather than crafting demonstrative wines. Extractions remain measured, yielding legible and digestible profiles.

The wines are distinguished by a linear structure, consistent energy, and a clearly affirmed Gaillac identity. All the cuvées exhibit remarkable coherence, articulated around balance, freshness, and a faithful expression of the Gaillac terroirs.
