Domaine de Brin
In Gaillac, the Brin estate is run by Damien Bonnet, with particular attention paid to the region's historic grape varieties. Braucol, Duras, and Loin-de-l'Oeil are worked plot by plot, in order to highlight the differences in soil and the nuances specific to each origin.
The vineyard is managed using organic practices, promoting a clear expression of the fruit and natural balance. In the cellar, winemaking is carried out with precision and restraint, seeking to preserve the tension and suppleness of the wine rather than creating showy wines.
