Domaine de Brin

White Stones 2024

Gaillac | White | 2024

This wine is the result of meticulous work on a clay-limestone terroir, gently sloping south at an altitude of 285 meters. The Mauzac and Len de l'El grapes are hand-harvested to ensure optimal ripeness. Natural winemaking without the addition of sulfur, combined with fermentation in barrels and tanks, gives this wine a beautiful authenticity. Thanks to low yields, the aromas are concentrated and preserved.

Our opinion on the vintage

On the nose, this wine offers delicate aromas with a beautiful depth thanks to aging on the lees. On the palate, it reveals a silky texture and a harmonious structure, where each sip unveils subtle notes of white fruit and an invigorating freshness. The mineral nuances imparted by the clay-limestone soil enrich the tasting experience and leave a lingering finish. Served at 10-12°C, it reveals its full complexity and brilliance, making every moment of tasting an exciting experience.

Brin Estate

Domaine de Brin

Sud-Ouest | France

In Gaillac, the Brin estate is run by Damien Bonnet, with particular attention paid to the region's historic grape varieties. Braucol, Duras, and Loin-de-l'Oeil are worked plot by plot, in order to highlight the differences in soil and the nuances specific to each origin.

The vineyard is managed using organic practices, promoting a clear expression of the fruit and natural balance. In the cellar, winemaking is carried out with precision and restraint, seeking to preserve the tension and suppleness of the wine rather than creating showy wines. Extractions are kept to a minimum, resulting in wines that are easy to understand and approachable.

The wines are distinguished by their straightforward structure, consistent energy, and a clearly defined Gaillac identity. All the cuvées display a beautiful coherence, built around balance, freshness, and a faithful expression of the Gaillac terroir.
