In Gaillac, the Brin estate is managed by Damien Bonnet, with particular attention paid to the region's historic grape varieties. Braucol, Duras, and Loin-de-l'œil are cultivated parcel by parcel to highlight the soil differences and the specific nuances of each origin.

Vineyard management is based on organic practices, promoting a clear expression of the fruit and natural balance. In the cellar, vinifications are conducted with precision and restraint, aiming to preserve the tension and suppleness of the wine's structure rather than crafting demonstrative wines. Extractions remain measured, yielding legible and digestible profiles.

The wines are distinguished by a linear structure, consistent energy, and a clearly affirmed Gaillac identity. All the cuvées exhibit remarkable coherence, articulated around balance, freshness, and a faithful expression of the Gaillac terroirs.
