Located in the heart of Auvergne, the Les Chemins de l'Arkose estate offers a 100% natural sparkling wine. Made from old vines planted by Audrey’s grandmother, this wine is produced from the Seibel 5455 hybrid, using direct pressing and fermentation with native yeasts. With no added sulfites and undegorged, it offers a pure expression of the high-altitude volcanic terroir, situated between 450 and 500 meters above sea level, ensuring freshness and acidity.

Our Review of the Cuvée

A whirlwind of flavors awaits you with this sparkling wine. Its bright, salmon-pink hue invites you to discover a subtle bouquet of tangy red fruit candies blended with delicate spices. On the palate, the experience is fascinating: a texture that is both round and velvety unfolds, supported by lively bubbles that awaken your palate. The finish asserts itself with intensity, revealing captivating vinous character and generous spices. A perfect balance, enhanced by an elegant bitterness, a hallmark of the Auvergne highlands. A true delight!

Les Chemins de l'Arkose

Languedoc | France

In Puy-de-Dôme, volcanic soils yield vibrant, structured wines with an almost mineral texture. The estate employs a gentle extraction process for Gamay and Pinot. The result is elegant, elongated, and highly digestible red wines. A remarkable expression of high-altitude terroir.
