This wine expresses the full finesse of its clay-limestone terroir through meticulous vinification, combining direct pressing and cold settling. Controlled temperature fermentation followed by malolactic fermentation on fine lees ensures excellent complexity. Aging in vats, accompanied by bâtonnage (lees stirring), highlights its rich and harmonious texture. Ideal as an aperitif, it also reveals its flavors when paired with white meats and soft cheeses.
