Champagne Brut Blanc Piper-Heidsieck - Avec étui 150cl

Champagne | Blanc |

A true hallmark of Piper-Heidsieck, the Cuvée Brut is a multi-vintage Champagne crafted from a blend of more than 100 crus.

The House maintains a large collection of reserve wines, some of which are used in the blend to ensure consistency in style from one cuvée to the next. After fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, the Champagne ages for at least 24 months on its lees, followed by six months after disgorgement. With a dosage of 8 g/L, this cuvée perfectly illustrates Piper-Heidsieck’s expertise in the art of blending: a precise, balanced, and immediately appealing Champagne.

Our Review of the Cuvée

The nose opens with pear and white peach, accompanied by fresh notes of citrus and orange blossom. On the palate, the bubbles are fine and lively, with a fresh attack and generous body. Notes of fresh almond and toasted bread gradually enrich the fruit. The Pinot Noir adds depth and a lovely structure, while the freshness keeps the wine beautifully balanced. The finish, clean and slightly briny, offers a lovely length with notes of fresh fruit, citrus, and toast.

Piper-Heidsieck House

Champagne | France

Founded in Reims in 1785 by Florens-Louis Heidsieck, Piper-Heidsieck is one of Champagne’s great historic houses. From its very beginnings, it has been distinguished by a bold ambition: to craft elegant, full-bodied champagnes capable of captivating the great European courts. Today, the House carries on this legacy while embracing a resolutely contemporary approach, led by its Cellar Master, Émilien Boutillat. His style is rooted in the art of blending, drawing on a selection of crus and wines to create precise and balanced cuvées. Committed to more sustainable viticulture, Piper-Heidsieck is B Corp certified and works to reduce its environmental footprint. An iconic House that combines nearly 250 years of history, innovation, and a constant pursuit of excellence.
