Stuffed mussels, a classic home-style dish that blends land and sea, transporting us to Roussillon, to the steep, narrow streets of the charming village of Collioure. The Trémadoc vintage from Domaine Madeloc, a white wine with character that perfectly complements this contrasting pairing.

The nose offers rich, buttery, fruity (Greengage plum, lemon), smoky, and spicy (cumin) aromas. The palate is full-bodied and concentrated, with a lively character and a well-balanced bitterness.
