Syrah En Parallèle sans sulfites ajoutés 2022

Vin de France | Rouge | 2022

This wine, crafted entirely from Syrah, boasts a unique style thanks to the natural vinification method Arnaud Combier has favored since his beginnings. On the nose, it presents an elegant discretion that captivates with its mysterious depth. On the palate, the texture is both full-bodied and velvety, revealing remarkable concentration. Well-integrated tannins allow the aromas of dark fruits and cocoa to express themselves fully, culminating in a persistent finish characterized by dark chocolate and pepper.

Our Review of the Cuvée

Arnaud Combier's Syrah transports us into an exceptional sensory realm. Visually, its almost opaque, dark purple hue heralds a wine of distinct character. The subtly brooding nose gradually unfolds, revealing its class and depth. On the palate, it presents a true velvety texture: the wine's roundness and ample body offer a dense and alluring experience. The tannins, inherently imposing, elegantly integrate here, highlighting a bouquet of blackberry and cherry, enriched by subtle hints of cocoa. The finish, of increasing intensity, delivers fresh and persistent fruit, enhanced by notes of dark chocolate and spicy pepper. This tasting experience promises further evolution after a few years of cellaring.
